Biography

Imran Zoberi, MD, is a professor of radiation oncology, where he is chief of the breast cancer service and chief of hyperthermia service in radiation oncology and serves as Clinical Director for radiation oncology at Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital. He earned a medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine in 1996. Dr. Zoberi joined the Washington University faculty in 2001 after completing his residency in radiation oncology at Washington University School of Medicine. His clinical practice and research interest include breast cancers, developing the use of FDG-PET and intensity-modulated radiation therapy to improve outcomes in the treatment of cervical cancer, brachytherapy for the treatment of early breast cancer, and Gamma Knife radiosurgery.
