Biography

Douglas F. Caruthers joined the Department of Radiation Oncology in 2015. He received his bachelor’s degree from Washington University in 2005, and his Master’s in Medical Physics from M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in 2010. Doug has worked in the field of Radiation Oncology in both industry and clinical practice. He is interested in the software development lifecycle and its application to department initiatives, and making a positive clinical impact through the careful leveraging of informatics. He currently serves as the project manager for the Veterans Health Administration Radiation Oncology Practice Assessment.
